Cancellation Policy

Policy Guidelines: Booking Process: All bookings must be made through the official online registration platform or via authorized booking channels. A completed registration form and payment (if applicable) are required to secure a spot. Payment Terms: Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., installment plans or organizational invoicing). Payment methods accepted: Credit/debit card or approved organizational invoicing. Confirmation: A confirmation email with course details, schedule, and access instructions will be sent upon successful booking and payment. Participants must review the confirmation and notify the course administrator of any discrepancies within 48 hours. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7-14 days of the course start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date. Participants may transfer their booking to another individual at no cost, provided notification is given at least 48 hours before the course starts. Attendance and Participation: Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. If a participant misses a session, they may request access to recorded materials (if available) or attend the next available course (subject to availability). Course Changes or Cancellations by Organizers: The organizers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, instructor unavailability). Participants will be notified immediately and offered a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available course. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to adhere to the course’s code of conduct, fostering a respectful and collaborative learning environment. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.
