Terms and Conditions for Retreats

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and purchasing services for the Sapovalova Solutions Retreat (from now on referred to as "the Retreat"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. All bookings are subject to availability.

2.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

2.3. Prices are listed in EUR and include all applicable taxes.

2.4. We reserve the right to modify prices for future events without prior notice.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

3.2. Cancellations made 15-29 days before the retreat will receive a 50% refund.

3.3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 14 days or less before the retreat.

4. Health and Safety

4.1. Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

4.2. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe attendance may pose a risk to the participant's health or safety.

4.3. Participants are responsible for their own health insurance coverage during the retreat.

5. Program Changes

5.1. We reserve the right to modify the retreat program, schedule, or facilitators due to unforeseen circumstances.

5.2. In the event of significant changes, participants will be notified and offered the option to receive a full refund.

6. Liability Waiver

6.1. Participants acknowledge that they voluntarily participate in all retreat activities.

6.2. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the retreat.

6.3. Participants agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from their participation.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1. Participants must behave respectfully toward staff and other attendees.

7.2. We reserve the right to terminate participation without a refund for disruptive behavior.

8. Photography and Recording

8.1. We may photograph or record portions of the retreat for promotional purposes.

8.2. By participating, you grant us permission to use your image in our marketing materials.

8.3. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing before the retreat.

9. Privacy Policy

9.2. We will not share your information with third parties except as required for retreat operations.

10. Force Majeure

10.1. We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10.2. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to transfer to a future retreat or receive a credit.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
